Note:
- To compile the sample chapter file both TeX file and style file (and the
  necessary extra files) have to be in the same directory. To recompile the
  sample chapter right away, necessary links are made in the "doc"
  subdirectory.

- You may not need the "graphics.zip" if the packages has already been
  installed in your LaTeX distribution.

- Please, make a copy of the sample and start putting your own stuff into the
  copied version.

- Even though every author has his/her own way of typeseting LaTeX, we would
  like to ask the following guidelines for a smooth and fast production of the
  proceeding book:

  - please use your `surname' as the LaTeX filename:
	e.g einstein.tex

  - please use \include{figure_file} or \include{table_file} for all float
    environment and prefix the files again with your surname:
    	e.g einstein-f1.tex, einstein-t1.tex

  - please use your surname as a prefix to your figures too:
  	e.g einstein-spec_rel3.eps

  - please use an extra \include file for all the text entered in between
    \documentclass{...} and \begin{document} (this should include your own
    commands and macros):
	e.g einstein-head.tex

  - please use an extra TEXT file to explain anything that would help in
    recompiling the whole manuscript:
    	e.g einstein-com.txt

  - if you have more than one talk than number "all" the manuscripts:
  	e.g einstein1.tex ... einstein1-com.txt
	    einstein2.tex ... einstein2-com.txt

  - please rename the "db_entry.txt" file and fill it before uploading your
    manuscript:
	e.g einstein_db.txt
